Btubers is a retail platform that allows users to browse, purchase, and receive a wide variety of products through our website or mobile app (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Btubers facilitates orders between users and our partner sellers, who manage product handling and delivery. While we aim to work with trusted partners, Btubers does not supervise or take responsibility for the actions of their staff or third-party service providers.

Registration

You are the sole authorized User of any account (“Account”) you create using the services provided by Btubers. Your registration for an Account constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Registration is free of charge, and there is no entitlement to access the Service.
Btubers operates and maintains the website http://www.btubers.com. To access and use our services, the data you provide during registration must be complete and accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your information up to date, which can be done at any time via the appropriate interface on our platform.
Btubers assumes no responsibility for the use or misuse of your Account and explicitly disclaims any liability arising therefrom.
If you suspect unauthorized access or use of your Account, you must immediately notify Btubers by contacting us at support@btubers.com for your own security.
By providing your mobile number to Btubers, you consent to be contacted via your mobile device, which may include receiving promotional offers, service-related updates, notifications, and quality assurance surveys via text message.

Order Placement

By placing an order through the website, you confirm the accuracy of all the information provided.
Orders are confirmed to you within the platform’s interface.
No contractual relationship exists between you and Btubers at the time of placing an order. Btubers reserves the right to refuse to accept or fulfill any order for any reason at its sole discretion.

Disclaimer

The range and prices of products may vary by delivery location.
If an order exceeds the normal volume, Btubers may contact you to confirm the order.
Once confirmed, you cannot alter or add items through the platform, but you can use live chat to check availability or arrange a call from store staff.
Orders can be canceled within a limited time before the status changes to “en-route,” whether Instant or Scheduled. You can also cancel during the “in-substitution” phase if you are unsatisfied with substitutes.
Btubers aims to deliver products in the right quantity and quality, but stock availability and human errors may affect this.
Btubers may remove unavailable, damaged, or spoiled items without liability or compensation. Prices may change if a higher-priced replacement is needed.
If an item is out of stock, Btubers will notify you via push notification to select a substitute. If an item is not delivered, you will be credited the amount after Btubers becomes aware of the issue.
In cases of unavailability beyond our control, Btubers is not liable. You can reject substitute products offered in the notifications.
Large orders are fulfilled at the Shop’s discretion.
